Farm Yoga Share

Oak Hart Farm will be offering a Yoga Share on the farm in keeping with our, “Feeding Body, Mind, and Spirit” foundation. Yoga has been an important practice for keeping the farmers’ mindful and strong here at OHF! We are inviting you to practice with us!  We are excited to announce that we have a gifted team of Yoga Instructors that not only value the overall health benefits of yoga, but also are aligned with OHF’s philosophy that organically grown nutritionally dense foods are the body’s best medicine

Summer Solstice Yoga Celebration –

Kate Powell (Fertile Ground Yoga) is teaming up with Oak Hart Farm and drummers from the Shenandoah Rhythm Jam to bring you a celebration of community and abundance.
Our 108 Sun Salutations will be practiced on a beautiful, organic farm in Berryville, VA with live, rhythmic accompaniment. Light refreshments and produce from the farm will be available for purchase from 12-2pm. There will be an opportunity for a guided farm tour (1:15-1:45pm) before we begin our flowing sun salutations (2-4pm)!

Cost: $35/yogi (cash or check) – anything purchased from the farm market is separate and can be paid for with credit cards.

You DO NOT have to do all 108 Sun Salutations… just show up and be open to being surprised!
